Mauritius has the most beautiful resorts I have ever seen, but Fiji is so comfortable and friendly and such a nice short flight that it is hard to go past it when you need a break involving cocktails and beaches... Africa gives you a different way to view the world really – seeing the animals in their natural environment is life-changing and you will never look at a zoo the same way again! Of course, being a grandmother has changed my perspective on what is important in a holiday and this brings me right back to Fiji – it is the perfect place for all ages to relax and the Fijians are so wonderful with kids...
